- Stropping requires some practice and patience.
- Improper stropping can lead to a dull edge.

Training Tip of the Week: “How to Make a Cheap Strop”
- Newspaper provides an excellent stropping surface at a great price.
- Perfect to learn technique on. You don’t have to work about nicking it!
- The ink in the paper provides just enough abrasion to properly strop the blade.
- I made a short video and a budget strop that works. Check it out!
