  1. Hi Joe,

I’m listening to your podcast here in Germany. I’m curious: do you also have the Wilkinson Sword Classic razor in US-stores?
The Wilkinson Sword blades can be found in nearly every store with sanitary products and so can the razor. It is the only one DE-razor, I see regularly in stores.

You maybe have to rasp the sharp edges of the plastic cap, but then, it is a mild and inexpensive razor. In the german “nassrasur”-forum (wetshaving-forum), someone explained a tuning of the razor by cutting the edges of an old DE-blade and putting this blade between the head and a new blade to get a less mild razor. 🙂

    Best wishes,
    Christian
