I was wondering what you thought of the gillette slide as the first 2 passes of the shave. I watched your videos and learned to shave with DE razors. However, I find that the Gillette slide was better than pulling the razor straight down. I was wondering on your thoughts on the matter.
Sure, using a “Gillette Slide” on the first two passes should be fine. In fact, old Gillette ads suggest using it instead of straight down.
